Are the orbital planes of solar systems generally in line with that of their galaxy or are they totally random?

Just thinking about the Kepler mission which uses transits to find planets. What percentage of stars allow this? Is an system's orbital plane just as likely to be perpendicular to us or do they tend to follow the orientation of the galaxy?

My flaccid size is 4 inches and my erect size is 4.7.. I also got circumsicion recently so maybe that’s why it isn’t as big (because it hurts to get erect) but how can there be only a 0.7 inch difference.
