I ate mac and cheese on a diet am I ok?

I ate mac and cheese 650 calories it fitted in my calories (not my fats or salt ) but my calories I’ve ate around 1300 today and it’s 5pm I will eat a meal later around 500 calories am I ok? My meals will be healthier tomorrow
