I was on a flight and we were flying above a city and when I saw the distance reading on the screen to the destination city it was a significant amount less than the distance that I am use to driving between the 2 cities. Why are the plane readings for distance so inaccurate

My doctor told me not to smoke cigarettes or vape a month before my surgery. But quitting cold turkey will be nearly impossible and I have to quit TODAY. Do you think if I got a vape juice without nicotine it would be okay to smoke? They are going to test me for nicotine.

A student went to do an exam which had 100 questions, where each question had 4 answers to choose from and only one of the 4 answers is correct.
