What is this thing on my inner thigh?? It’s hard and it hurts?

Once I press on it I can feel like it’s a little ball but it hurts.. yesterday I tried popping it but a little speck of white came out and it was irritated the whole day. It’s black on top of the bump but a bit purple then there’s just redness around it
