Once I press on it I can feel like it’s a little ball but it hurts.. yesterday I tried popping it but a little speck of white came out and it was irritated the whole day. It’s black on top of the bump but a bit purple then there’s just redness around it

Called a boil (a skin abscess) They get bad, may take a doctor to drain. Try a HOT towel/rag, or soak. Broken skin, Neosporin is a good idea. A lot of people blame these on spiders,what a bad rep they have.
