How to start thinking positive ?

I have depression, and take Meds for it. I have tried to overdose twice by taking a bunch of pills on seperate occasions. Lately, I’ve been having trouble understanding things and im constantly in fear of small things. I find myself thinking a long time about it. What do you guys suggest ?
