When can I drink OJ after a tooth extraction?

I read on the internet that you can t drink Orange Juice after a tooth extraction because of its high citric acidity. It has been 4 days after my extraction. When can I drink Orange Juice again without a risk of a blood clot?

Should I get my upper wisdom teeth removed under iv sedation?

I had my lower wisdom teeth removed with nitrous oxide and whatever local anesthesia. The gas was relaxing but my top wisdom teeth are in my sinus cavity or something. Is iv sedation scary? I also sometimes get acid reflux.
