Should I get my upper wisdom teeth removed under iv sedation?

I had my lower wisdom teeth removed with nitrous oxide and whatever local anesthesia. The gas was relaxing but my top wisdom teeth are in my sinus cavity or something. Is iv sedation scary? I also sometimes get acid reflux.

Those teeth are NOT in the sinus cavity. totally impossible. The roots are in your upper jawbone nowhere near your nose.
