Can you explain this to me? I can observe myself in the bathroom mirror and see I am losing body fat but the scale says I weigh the same.?

    You might be gaining muscle. It’s more dense than fat so you have the same weight with a smaller volume.

    If you’ve been working out, you’ve probably gained some muscle mass. If not, this is a good indicative that you’re happy and confident with your body! It’s all about the state of mind

    Muscle gain that offsets fat loss. Same weight of muscle is smaller....

    Could be that your scale is broken or needs to be adjusted. If it's not than the scales are right. They do not lie.
