    You would lose the ability to get aroused. Who would you get new balls from? There isn't a ball bank like this is for blood.

    Testicles are not transplantable. And even if they were, why would you? Any children produced (if able) wouldn't be your genetic off spring. Just keep the ones you have better protected.
