i have dry skin on my foreskin and it tears and cant be retracted because its too tigt and seems to tear more its only like at the tip of the foreskin where gets most air. it goes and comes and i'm too embarrassed to go see a doctor

Simply need to use petroleum jelly and moisturize it nightly. That should help.

You need a prescription for Betamethasone valerate ointment to stop the scarring and tearing. You doctor should be familiar with this stuff.
