I mean, to be fair, a man having a penis increases the likeliness of that man becoming a rapist, so why shouldn’t he?

Penises need to be banned!! Conservatives don't care about rape victims!!! They want penises to be legal. Look how well castration has worked in some African societies. Their instances of rape went down significantly after castrating all their men.
