I’ve recently been having digestive discomfort and gastritis after taking an antibiotic that’s messed up my gastrointestinal tract. Is there anything I can do to relieve my discomfort? Thanks!

Probiotics may help (yogurt is one source; there are also pills). Antibiotics kill all bacteria not just the harmful ones. Your stomach is upset because the good bacteria was also killed.
