the indirect object pronoun (or noun, even) can be stated first and without a preposition, or not, according to user choice. Deny me that, or deny that to me. same thing.

Or possibly: "Please don't deny that to me". "Please don't deny me that" feels unnatural to me in Britain.

The first is correct. (No need for "to" because it's implicit.)
