I've been having alot of nose bleeds recently so I might call in sick to get my self checked out at the hospital. Do I have to come back with a note or do I only do that if ive been off for more than a week?

How the hell would WE know what the policy is for the company YOU work for? Wait...I know. Your superior/head of HR also uses YA and you're waiting for her/him to answer.

Most places don't require a note for 1 day, but if you're going to the hospital (should go to urgent care instead) it wouldn't hurt to get one. Usually if you're out for more than that you need a note.

You give a note every day for proof or when you reach your work again. Then give a note.

What does your place of employment require? That is what you do. Doctors will provide you a note if necessary.
