Do men generally respect other men more than they respect women?

Is that why people encourage men to respect women? Is it because men usually lack respect towards women? I mean I recently found out that men respect their male friends more than their girlfriends.

Respect is earned. Women don't answer questions directly. Women never say what they actually mean. Women end most relationships. Cause and effect. Men behave respectfully, and are respected. Women do not, and are not!
