Its been three full days since I took 8,000+ mg of acetaminophen and I feel fine ???

You may feel fine, the damage to your kidneys and liver may not show up for a while.

You're likely okay, except for the brain damage.

Liver damage/failure is a slow and painful process and it can take weeks to feel the effects. By then it's too late to do anything about it.
