They usually lack the ability to form thoughts, ideas, and values on their own. They parrot others that they observe. Therefore they lack the intent to be bad. Only poor judges of character.

They are neither good or bad as a whole. They are women. If I assume you are male... when you cease to project your own sense of good and evil, morality, onto them the question evaporates. The fog lifts, so to speak.
