Weak heart pulse and erectile dysfunction?

Hi im 24 years old and for the past 9 months Ive felt my heart pulse weaker than it used to be. I have also been experiencing erectile dysfunction to the point where I find it very difficult to achieve an erection. Does anyone know what might be wrong?
