I ve completely forgotten to wash my hands before performing the act. Is there a concern for an infection?

if it's done, it's done. I think washing before and after would be a good idea, though. At this point, drink plenty of water to be sure you BM is not hard/ constipated to keep from stretching the insides of your butt as you dump
