I have this friend that has low grammer skills. He’s doesn’t know the difference between you’re and your and their they’re and there. Why didn’t they teached her better in school?

I can believe that "granmer" is just a typo but "they teached her better" is not the thing to say when complaining about someone else's skills in English.
