They don't have needle exchanges in red states. Also, more gays are closeted and fewer people practice safer sex. They always vote themselves into deep doo-doo and drag us down with them.

Republican policies have been very unfriendly to health care in those states. Here in NC, the Republican legislature has screwed up priorities, as to be expected from Republicans.

Couldn’t help but notice liberal Washington DC area is 2 1/2 times more than South Carolina. California residents go to the doctors office more regularly than other stars.
