I want to go abroad for an advanced degree. I have an excellent result but I am broke. I cant even pay for my IELTS exam. ANY SUGGESTION?

I have a Bachelors degree where I have a gpa of 3.7 out of 4.00. My previous results are better. My academic results were always good enough. But given the fact I am broke, my chances are slim. ANY SUGGESTION?
