What do I do ? I have a peice if pickle stuck in my throat and won’t go down . Everything I try just comes right back up .?

Go to the doctor and they will give you a muscle relaxant to stop your esophagus from constricting so you can either fully swallow, or the food can be extracted mechanically. Hurry and go to minimize the irritation from the pickle juice.

Lay flat on the floor, on your front. When it comes out, spit it out. In that position, if you swallow something there is a chance that it will go into your lungs. (you don't want that).

No idea. Maybe eat a bit of raw carrot but don't chew it to a pulp, swallow it with some small rough pieces, it might push the pickle down.
