I would say ... "My parents have made me chose between the movies or a party next weekend".

B. No change. "Or" is the correct word to use in this context. ("And" suggests that you go to BOTH the movie and the party, and have left out the alternative choice. A choice is always "between A or B".

It is acceptable as is, but "either" could be added before "the."
