When we’re practicing long jump on landing mats in school gym, should our shoes be removed to keep the mats clean? Why?

STREET SHOES are not allowed on mats.....

School policy dictates this one. I don't believe in the, there is only one right answer for this issue.

no, since socks on a gym floor is slippery and you have less control. you could fall down and go boom!
