I'm 16 and for a while I have had this brown. Flat mark on my shaft at the top of my penis. I've wanted to tell my parents but I'm too nervous, 8 havmt found anything online. Please help

Is it new or has it been there a while? Many guys if circumcised will have a brown ring or even a triangle area where they were cut.

Probably just a birth mark.
