    With replacement, for both draws there are 4 kings and 52 cards: P(K1 and !K2) = (4/52)(48/52) = 192/2704 = 12/169 ≈ 7.10%

    P(K)=4/52=1/13 P(not K)= 48/52=12/13 P(K1 not K2)= 12/13^2=12/169=.071
