I did give head and swallow the guys *** so I thought it could be glandular fever but I’m still not sure and really scared

    Dear - we have <<no idea>> what the problem is. The ONLY way to get useful advice is to see a doctor. They can take a throat swab and find out what kind of bacteria, if any, is involved.

    Well it's clearly some sort of infection, and if it's a bacterial infection like strep it's not going away without specific antibiotics, so you *must* go to a doctor.
