I landed on a safety pin and it stabbed me in behind my elbow (elbow pit? I have no idea what it’s called) It was in all the way but it didn’t hurt, I pulled it out and now my arm feels weird and it has pins and needles.

That area contains the Ulnar Nerve that travels from the shoulder to the wrist. If the pin damaged the nerve, you could have issues with that hand and sensation in that hand for the rest of your life.

it's called the "funny bone"......it will feel weird for a few days...you'll be fine.....
