I m male 16 years old and having this problem since yesterday.Its not persistent or strong but it is annoying me.Its not testicular cancer I am sure.What other can cause this?Can overstretching of the muscles due to prolonged sexual arousal is the cause?

Ugh, yeah. That's called prostatic congestion, AKA blue-balls. Fapping is a quick and easy fix, though.
