No. To practice medicine as a doctor you need four years of undergrad, to pass the MCATs, four years of medical school, and then years of residency you cannot just buy that online.

actually ALL employers will find out, the credentialing process is extremely rigorous, and everyone you try and fool will also know you have no clue.

Sure, go ahead. Be sure that if you are going to practice medicine on people you get a LOT of good insurance to cover you - though any insurance company would certainly find out the degree is bogus and might not cover you at all.
