Is it like every couple years or so? I'm a fan of good mythical morning, and all I know is they've had 2 vasectomies so far.

If your wife gets pregnant after you have had a vasectomy you should get another one.

Normally it's permanent. In rare cases, the cut ends of the vas can manage to get back together and then the procedure would have to be repeated.

No- one and done, tho there have been cases where the tubes have grown back together. The way the vasectomy is done makes the difference.

If done correctly, it's a done deal. No need to "renew" it... ever.
