Well sure but if I see a female that I don’t like the look of or the way she’s acting I should be able to go up to her and lay her out with a punch.

Depends on what you mean by acts weird. If he has done any act that might potentially harm/harass/danger you or anyone else then yes. But for just "looking" weird, I dont think so.
