I think that you should cut your balls off. When they fall of you get a pot and put them in that pot.. You should cook them.. Put a pinch of salt and spice and continue cooking them for a good 5 mins.. Then eat them and the itching will be gone

It's probably dry skin. Apply some moisturizing lotion and rub in liberally.
