I do not have a good reason, just that I got out of the house late. What should I tell my teacher? Thank you!

Just tell the teacher the truth--you're lazy and don't actually care about orchestra or your grade.

You've been doing it for three weeks. Obviously your teacher doesn't care. They should, but they don't. So why say anything?

Tell your teacher nothing. It is better than lying. And at this point it is better than the absolute and complete truth. Just say, "No excuse" and drop it. Start showing up on time.

Tell your teacher the truth -- you have poor time management skills so you are leaving home in time. Then you take the consequences, whatever they are. Teachers can tell when you make something up, so don't bother lying.

Wake up earlier to get there on time and get a passing grade or quit orchestra since it seems to have no value to you.
