Can I use the comma in below sentence: "I begin sending my soldiers out to every areas, to lead the militias. "?

Make "areas" singular (area) and delete the comma. It's unnecessary.

I think you pretty well require a comma, as the comment is an aside, not essential or even truly part of the primary clause. And you would have to use the singular area because of the use of every.
