Recently, my penis looks swollen. Could that be because I shower 2x a day. I ve asked friends about this and they told me water can affect my penis. I got circumcised a week ago via. Dorsal slit

Not sure showering twice a day would make any difference but you should be following the post-op procedures given to you by your doctor.

take Vit C tab daily to make it heal faster

You should have consulted with your surgeon wheather you are allowed to take a shower during the healing period.Regards

YES!!! You would think you would have gotten post surgery instructions on paper or the doc would have told you.
