Intrusive Thoughts Please Help.?

I have terrible thoughts. ESPECIALLY if I watch movies with rape/murder. I’m so scared that I will murder or rape someone. In my heart I can’t imagine it. Why can’t I stop thinking these things? Am I a psychopath?
