The Moon does not change Shape. The sun Shines on the moon from different angles as the moon rotates around the Earth. you see the bit that the sun shines on. Get a pair of binoculars and look at the moon. You will be able to see all of it.

It doesn't change shape, what a strange idea! What you see does change as the moon is illuminated by the sun, and the earth blocks off part of the light from the sun, so you see only part of the moon, the part illuminated by the sun.
