So I got a sunburn and now my skin is flaking when I scratch it, is this normal?

100% normal. as a very pale person i would know because this happens to me every single time. after you get a sunburn the affected skin peels off and the sunburn is gone after that. as a matter of fact this is happening to me as i speak lol
