I have a two step ladder and I need one more step. What can I put on the top step to add height?

Don't do that. It will lose its stability. Buy a longer ladder.

i have a higher ladder, too, but it does not fit in one specific corner. the smaller ladder fits but it is not high enough. i do not want to buy a new ladder just for one single corner!
