Most scientists think there is life on other planets, because of the huge number of stars and planets. But until we actually find an extraterrestrial life form, we can't be sure.

I think a visit from any alien creatures is <<extremely>> unlikely because of the vast distances involved. I also think that there must be life elsewhere in the galaxy and universe. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
