It's possible but that's more likely to happen if you give her oral sex while or around the time she has a break out. Genital herpes is less likely to be passed to the mouth while there are no signs or symptoms of it.

It’s possible if she has a breakout yes. However typically oral herpes is type 1 which isn’t sexually transmitted. Always avoid sex and oral sex with someone whom has a breakout
