Are there vitamins to regulate your period? Every so often my period decides to go on the fritz and start one to two weeks early/late.?

If you want to regulate your periods, get on the birth control pill. That'll do it.

period are controlled by the Hormone Chemical in your body not by vitamins

There are no vitamins that will regulate your period. If you want a regular period, you will have to go to your physician or gynecologist and have him/her prescribe you some birth control pills (they contain hormones that will regulate your period).

No there aren’t but evening primrose oil is said to be good

No there isn't any that help and periods go crazy for no reason unless you take birth control pill

yes there are and they are called birth control and yes i know those are not vitamins
