Will it be a big deal? I heard missing the first pill of the back isn’t a good thing. Do I just take two pills at the same time tomorrow night?

No don’t take more than necessary those pills are damaging to your body anyway. Why don’t you just use a condom if you want sex? It’s safer and healthier all round.
