I haven't had sex in like a long time, over a year. But I've done oral stuff and been eaten out. I got tested like 2 months after that and it was normal. But if I use a public toilet and water splashes is that dangerous?

No it is not transmitted this way but if someone bled into your body or you came into contact with unprotected seminal fluid then it can. Always use a condom or risk your life
