The Michelson Morley experiment showed that light moves at the same speed regardless of the direction of earth's motion. This proved there is no aether. General relativity showed that gravity is a curvature of spacetime.

"Aether under constrains" is meaningless and aether was never associated with gravity - you might as well ask how it was proved that gravity is not related to unicorns.

The real question here is, "Why does the Bible mention aether when it does not exist?" You are trying to find the slightest shred of evidence of something you know does not exist, in a vain attempt to give that book some credibility
