I my hump day in and day out and do a great job everyday, yet they still keep passing me over? I'm getting tired of being shafted while people with less seniority and less experience get promoted to management.

Have a meeting with your supervisor and ask what you need to do to be promoted. If you just sit back and wait for someone to notice you, they may not be aware that you're interested or there may be something you're missing.

If you're a white male, that's why (bonus points are given to minorities and women). It's also possible that you're just a crappy employee and the people being promoted (although they have less seniority and experience) are simply better at their job.

You should ask your boss. Maybe there's something about your work that you can fix.
