    I would say yes. Unless you feel like your life or safety would be in danger if you did report it.

    By hiding evidence of a crime, you are an "accessory after the face."

    Yes you can be charged with obstruction of justice, if you played any part in helping to help the criminal you could be charged with the crime itself.
